Credits are what a generation costs. Image, video, voice and music models all draw from the same balance, and the cost shows before you run anything.
Credits belong to the workspace, not to a person. Everyone you invite draws from the same balance, and each plan lists how many seats it includes.
A yearly plan is billed once for twelve months at a lower monthly rate. Your credits still arrive every month, the same way they do on a monthly plan.
Yes. Moving up takes effect right away, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. Moving down is scheduled for the end of the period, so nothing is charged and nothing changes until then.
On a paid plan, add a credit pack from Billing in your workspace, or move to a plan with more credits each month. Credit packs are not available on Free.
Yes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. After you cancel, your workspace keeps its plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are generally non-refundable, including partly used periods and credit packs. If a technical fault keeps you from using the service, write to support@marketingx.co and we review it case by case. The full terms are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Checkout runs through Paddle, our payment provider. It takes the payment and sends your receipt.
