Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products on the website marketingx.ai (“Product”) by HubX Yazılım Hizmetleri A.S. (“HubX” or “Company”). Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.

Subscription

Users may be offered a trial or demo period, if available and as indicated on the applicable purchase page. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, access to MarketingX and its services will continue until the end of the then-current subscription term, after which access will terminate.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the services, all subscription fees and other charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Refund Policy. Prior subscription periods and partially used subscription periods are not refundable.

Any additional features, credits, add-ons, packages, or services purchased in connection with a subscription are subject to the same refund rules as the underlying subscription and are non-refundable.

Technical Issues

If a user experiences a consistent technical defect that substantially prevents access the purchased service, the user may submit a refund request by contacting support and providing reasonable evidence, including screenshots or other supporting documentation. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any refund is subject to verification of the reported issue against our internal systems, logs, and records. In the event of any discrepancy, our records shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or other payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate access to the service while the matter is being reviewed. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute and to provide payment processors, financial institutions, or other relevant parties with evidence demonstrating that the transaction was authorized and that the services were made available to the user. Our internal billing, subscription, usage, and access records shall be considered prima facie evidence of the user's purchase, access, and use of the services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, features, or subscription offerings. Any updates will apply only to future purchases and renewals unless otherwise required by law.
